Patricia Kong

Bio

Patricia Kong, author of "Unlocking Business Agility with Evidence-Based Management," "Facilitating Professional Scrum Teams," and "The Nexus Framework for Scaling Scrum," all published by Pearson, is a respected public speaker and mentor. She is co-developer of the Evidence-Based Management Framework for Business Agility and the Nexus Framework for Scaling Scrum. Beyond leading and developing mass-scale courses, workshops, and content strategy, she is also an instructor for adult professionals and business and graduate students at Harvard University and Babson College.

Patricia draws from her diverse experience to help organizations thrive in a complex world by focusing on enterprise innovation, leadership, and teams. She is a people advocate and is fascinated by organizational behavior and misbehaviors. Her passion lies in understanding and optimizing organizational dynamics. With a background in the financial services industry, she has led product development, product management, and marketing for several early-stage companies in the US and Europe. Patricia is experienced in working with $1B+ clients in different industries, focusing on business development and delivery engagements. Patricia lived in France and now lives in her hometown of Boston. Patricia is fluent in 4 languages.
