Siegfried Kaltenecker is the managing partner of Loop GmbH, specializing in agile corporate development. Since the 1990s, he has supported the implementation of innovative forms of work and organization in various industries and is a pioneer of Flight Level coaching. He processes the experiences he gains in articles and books such as “Kanban in IT,” “Leading Self-Organized Teams,” “Self-Organized Companies,” “Flight Levels,” and agile crime novels.
