John Coleman is an executive guide for timely humane effectiveness, adaptiveness, and ambidexterity. John is a co-founder of Orderly Disruption Limited and co-founder of Evolved Institute. He mentors and trains executives to balance the short and long term.

John hosts podcasts on organizational change and product and is deeply involved in professional communities.

He is not limited by his trainer badges from Scrum.org, Prokanban.org, LeSS, or Agile Kata. He is also a co-author of the Kanban Guide and Kanplexity and he is a Flight Levels Coach.

John is passionate about executive, ambidexterity, organizational adaptiveness, and balancing short-term execution with change agency for the long-term. In execution, he has lenses for the problem space, product discovery, delivery, and value realization. John specializes in (de)scaling, measurement, and executive content.
