We develop responsiveness as core capability—ability to respond quickly to change, new information, customer needs. We enable flow across value networks, not just within our team. We create slack for adaptation—teams at 100% can't respond. We remove barriers to responsiveness: approval delays, handoff friction, dependency bottlenecks. We measure lead time, deployment frequency, decision speed. We optimize the whole system for flow. Responsiveness is competitive advantage.
